Happy 2024!

It's a new year. I want to make mine as happy as possible. I bet you do too. I've had some obstacles already with achieving that goal for this year, personally. Listen in as I talk about SAD and what that is and why I think I might have it. I will also talk about setting some intentions in 2024 and a correlating word that I'd like to focus on in helping me achieve more happiness this year, in addition to a couple of other things I've looked at to help me along the way that are created by two VERY talented ladies whom you may already be familiar with. I see you, Mommy!

Our kids often might be the only ones who truly see us for who we are. Parenting is not easy. It comes with a lot of demands, responsibility, and sometimes struggles along the way.
