More than Enough to Satisfy

This week, Pastor AJ walked us through John 4 and the story of the woman at the well, reminding us that Jesus is more than enough to satisfy. While the things of this world will always leave us thirsty, Jesus alone offers the living water that truly fulfills. That's Good Enough

This week, Pastor Z from our Fairview Heights campus reminded us that we were created for a purpose greater than ourselves: to bring God glory. Through personal stories, Scripture, and the Gospel, we were challenged to remember that God is sovereign, present, and actively at work in our lives. Because Christ came, died, and rose again to save us, we now have the responsibility and privilege of making the Gospel known to others. As Isaiah 43:7 reminds us, we were created for His glory, and our lives should point people back to Him. You are More than Enough to God

This week, Pastor AJ spoke on the truth that our value does not come from our performance, our past, or the opinions of others, but from the fact that we were created in the image of God. Even though sin separated us from a holy God, Scripture reminds us that every person carries inherent worth as an image bearer of God and is deeply loved by Him. Pastor AJ challenged us to consider the power of our words, reminding us that we cannot praise God while tearing down people He created in His likeness. Through the Gospel, we see that Jesus did not die for us once we became worthy, but while we were still sinners, proving how valuable we already were to Him. No matter what lies have been spoken over your life, your worth is not determined by others, but by the price Jesus paid for you on the cross. What Are You Known For?

This week, Pastor AJ challenged us with one important question: “What are you known for?” In 1 Corinthians 4, Paul says he wanted to be known as a faithful servant of Christ, seeking the approval of God over the approval of people. We were reminded that heroes of the faith are not defined by platform or recognition, but by obedience. Just like Edward Kimball’s simple faithfulness led to a ripple effect that impacted generations, our obedience to God can impact lives in ways we may never see. Colossians 4 - Go All In

This week, Pastor John spoke on what it means to go all in in our relationship with God, challenging us to fully surrender every area of our lives. In Epistle to the Colossians chapter 4, we were reminded that it starts with prayer, real and honest conversation that builds intimacy with our Father. As we grow closer to Him, it should shape how we live, using our time wisely and speaking with grace so others can see the gospel in us. We were also encouraged to center our lives on God’s Word, allowing it to transform us, not just inform us. Pastor John reminded us that we each have a calling and are called to faithfully walk in it, trusting God to guide us. Even in challenges, we can persevere through His grace.
