Well folks, I hit rock bottom. It's been years in the making but December 2022 was the scariest month of my life. I admitted myself into the hospital and they truly saved me, but it was not an easy road to get there. I'm transparent but this takes it to a new level. All I ask is that you don't judge what you don't fully understand. Unless you've been on the edge of wanting to end your own life, it's difficult to truly grasp the complexity of what's going on mentally/emotionally.  *trigger warning- SH, suicide, drugs, depression*

*Trigger warning for anyone dealing with suicidal ideation and/or self harm* This episode is just to dip our toes into depression, anxiety, and the lesser known- borderline personality disorder (BPD). These are the major issues I've struggled with and deeply affect my daily life. I just want to give a little overview of how I became aware of these disorders and certain symptoms that screamed how broken I was.
