episode The Power of Righteousness || Pastor Jason Sharp cover

Description

As America celebrated 250 years of independence, Pastor Jason Sharp reminded the church that political liberty alone cannot sustain a nation. True freedom flourishes where righteousness governs hearts. Beginning in 2 Corinthians 3 and Psalm 33, he declared that God's Spirit brings liberty, and that praise, righteousness, and trust in the Lord position believers to experience His blessing. Throughout Scripture, God's favor consistently followed those who honored Him, while compromise led to decline. Drawing from Proverbs 14:34, Pastor Jason demonstrated that righteousness is not merely a national principle but a personal one. It elevates families, strengthens churches, blesses businesses, and transforms communities. Integrity, honesty, diligence, and submission to God's Word become practical expressions of righteousness in everyday life. The sermon also challenged believers to appreciate the freedoms they enjoy while recognizing that those freedoms must be stewarded wisely. Rather than criticizing their city or culture, Christians are called to become people whose righteous influence brings hope and restoration. Concluding with an altar call to repentance and renewed commitment, Pastor Jason encouraged the church to lay down every form of unrighteousness and pursue lives marked by integrity, faithfulness, and joyful obedience. God's promise remains the same: He blesses those who walk in His ways.

The Narrow Way || Pastor Jason Sharp

What does it really mean to follow Jesus? Pastor Jason Sharp answered that question by walking through the closing chapters of Jesus' Sermon on the Mount, reminding the church that Christianity is not simply believing the right things—it's living them. Jesus described two gates, two roads, two trees, two builders, and ultimately two destinations. Every illustration pointed to one truth: every person must choose which path they will follow. The broad road promises comfort, convenience, and popularity, but it leads away from life. The narrow road requires surrender, obedience, and trust, yet it leads to the abundant life Christ offers. Pastor Jason challenged believers to become more than "fruit inspectors." While Scripture teaches discernment, the greater call is to become people whose own lives consistently bear the fruit of the Spirit. Genuine discipleship isn't measured by how well we identify the failures of others but by whether our own lives reflect the character of Christ. The message concluded with Jesus' familiar illustration of the wise and foolish builders. Hearing God's Word is only the beginning. A secure foundation is established when believers choose daily obedience, allowing God's truth to shape every decision, relationship, and priority. In a culture that often celebrates convenience over commitment, Pastor Jason reminded the church that the narrow way is still the path that leads to life—and every disciple must decide whether they will simply admire Christ's teaching or build their lives upon it.

episode The Target We Miss || Rev. Bobby Wade artwork

The Target We Miss || Rev. Bobby Wade

The Target We Miss Where is the real battle? According to Rev. Bobby Wade, it's not where many believers have been looking. Preaching from Isaiah 61 and Matthew 12, he challenged the church to recognize that spiritual warfare is not merely about resisting temptation or enduring personal struggles. It is about embracing God's assignment to bring liberty to those who are bound. The message began by reminding the congregation that our words carry spiritual significance. Jesus warned that every idle word matters, and Rev. Wade urged believers to replace agreement with fear and hopelessness by agreeing with the Word of God instead. He described this as "word replacement therapy"—allowing Scripture to reshape our thinking and our declarations. From there, the sermon shifted to a passionate burden for the next generation. Rev. Wade argued that today's children and teenagers are under unprecedented spiritual attack and called the church to recognize that many of the struggles facing young people are not merely challenges to observe but assignments for the Church to confront through prayer, discipleship, compassion, and spiritual authority. Throughout the message, he used examples and statistics to illustrate what he believes is a targeted assault on young people and emphasized that the Church must respond with hope rather than fear. Returning repeatedly to Isaiah 61, he reminded the congregation that Jesus was anointed "to proclaim liberty to the captives" and declared that the same mission belongs to the Church today. Calvary was challenged not to become distracted by lesser concerns while missing the people God has called them to reach. The message concluded with a clear call to action. Rev. Wade urged the church to accept its assignment, believe that God can open doors into the community, and prepare to minister healing to those who have experienced abuse, trauma, oppression, and hopelessness. Pastor Jason Sharp then reinforced the message by calling the congregation into a three-day fast based on Isaiah 58, encouraging the church to fast with the purpose of seeing captives set free and every yoke broken. This wasn't simply a sermon about recognizing problems. It was a commissioning service. Calvary was reminded that revival is not only measured by what happens inside the sanctuary—it is also measured by how faithfully the Church carries freedom to those waiting outside its walls.

episode This is the Last Time You See Me This Way! || Rev. Bobby Wade artwork

This is the Last Time You See Me This Way! || Rev. Bobby Wade

This Is the Last Time You See Me This Way! Every believer reaches a moment where enough is enough. Not because life suddenly becomes easier. But because they finally decide they won't stay the same. Rev. Bobby Wade preached a faith-filled message about the transforming power of God's Word and the decision every believer must make to leave behind old patterns, old thinking, and old identities. Too often we become experts at managing symptoms instead of allowing God to change the source. We manage fear. We manage anger. We manage addiction. We manage insecurity. But Jesus never came to simply help us cope. He came to make us new. The Gospel isn't behavior modification. It's heart transformation. God's Word has the power to renew our minds, reshape our thinking, and completely redirect the course of our lives. Transformation begins the moment we stop identifying with who we were and begin believing who God says we are. The enemy wants us trapped in repeating cycles. God calls us into lasting freedom. There comes a day when every believer must stand in faith and declare: "This is the last time you see me this way." Because when God changes the heart, everything else begins to change with it.

episode When the Soil Sabotages the Seed || Rev. Bobby Wade artwork

When the Soil Sabotages the Seed || Rev. Bobby Wade

When the Soil Sabotages the Seed Jesus never questioned the power of the seed. He questioned the condition of the soil. Rev. Bobby Wade challenged the church with a sobering truth: many times the enemy doesn't have to destroy the seed because he can simply influence the soil. The Word of God is alive. It is powerful. It is always capable of producing fruit. The question is whether our hearts are prepared to receive it. Using the Parable of the Sower, Rev. Wade explained that distractions, offenses, pride, compromise, fear, and hidden influences slowly affect the condition of our hearts until the very thing God intended to produce life becomes unfruitful. The enemy rarely arrives announcing his intentions. Instead, he quietly introduces compromise. Like the Trojan Horse, what appears harmless can become the very thing that opens the door to destruction. Every season of spiritual growth begins with a decision to leave something behind. Every advancement begins with a departure. God is continually working the soil of our hearts so His Word can produce a harvest that lasts. The challenge wasn't simply to hear God's Word. It was to become good ground. Because healthy soil always produces healthy fruit.
