In this episode, I share my Holy Spirit-led metabolic health transformation story and all of the twists and turns that led me to this point. I open up about years of chronic dieting, weight loss resistance, inflammation, hormone imbalance, exhaustion, and the frustration of doing “all the right things” and still feeling stuck. I know this pain personally, and God has truly used my metabolic mess to become my message. My vulnerability is just to serve as an example of the value of learning to tune into your body, your blood sugar, and the Lord on your metabolic health journey. It’s about moving away from striving for perfection and toward stewardship — learning how to care for your body with intention, without idolizing it. We also talk about how to steward tools like GLP-1s, CGMs, and strategic lifestyle changes with wisdom and prayer to support blood sugar and metabolic health in a way that actually lasts.
