Two deaths have been ruled drownings, and one, 30-year-old Damani Alexander’s, remains “cause still unknown or undetermined.” His mother, Desiree Nicholson, is dissatisfied with the investigation and demands answers. This podcast will investigate Alexander’s death, examine the shuttered Brooklyn Mirage Nightclub, where two of the men were last seen, and explore the nightlife corruption scandal tied to former NYPD Commissioner Edward Caban.
