Minimalism is the answer to better manage anxiety and time in 2020. We have come a long way from being a horde of hunter-gatherers to the hoarders of material possessions. Today, we not only operate physically rather digitally as well. Hence, it is imperative to declutter physical and digital space in order to unclutter the mental space. This will not be an outward journey rather an inward journey to improve ourselves by the application of minimalism.
