Welcome Chef Brian to MAC West

The Missouri Athletic Club is pleased to introduce the newest West Clubhouse Executive Chef, Brian Hardesty! Hardesty has been a hospitality professional for over 30 years. His career began at some of the top St. Louis restaurants at the time, working his way up quickly to his first Executive Chef level position at Terrene Restaurant in Central West End. Hardesty has owned and operated his own restaurant group, Guerrilla Street Food, for just over a decade while also running his consulting business Maven Bureau since 2012. He has created a handful of concepts over the years — from fine dining, fast casual service, and entertainment facilities. The MAC looks forward to the innovation and leadership Executive Chef Hardesty will bring to West!
