This beautiful book that Jessica wrote had the most relatable moments beautifully written and I am forever thankful because after speaking with Jessica - I realized just how real those poems truly were. Written while nap trapped with newborn, during the middle of the night feeding her baby deep in thought, exhausted, filled with anxiety..it was all real.  Jessica opens up about her experiences with postnatal anxiety and the societal pressures surrounding motherhood, particularly in relation to breastfeeding.
