We begin low and intentional, awakening the spine and hips before gradually building toward standing balance, twists, and steady heat. Along the way, expect chair and warrior variations, skandasana, crescent work, triangle, and playful transitions that invite both focus and curiosity. This is a practice of opening and organizing — grounding through the legs, creating mobility through the spine, and finding strength without losing softness. A balanced, approachable flow designed to leave you feeling clear, steady, and more deeply connected to yourself. No screen required. Just listen and flow.
episode 7: special series sample - introducing the pete + angela sessions (45-min)
The first of the pete + angela sessions. A steady, grounded flow—breath, hips, hamstrings - simple, stretchy, slow. Uncomplicated. Repeatable. Yours to return to.
episode 6: sample seated mobility flow (30-min)
Find a sturdy + comfortable chair with a solid seat. Make sure your feet can touch the ground. For 30 minutes we'll breathe, move and release into the joints + muscles from head to toes.

A strong, steady flow with balance, hip opening, and a little bit of play - think standing splits, sugarcane, skandasana, and a few opportunities to test your edge (crow included, if it’s there for you).
