Wow.    have I found some good info for you!   you respond the way you respond because your “house” your body responds for you…. man o man jump in and check this one out real emotions in this one!  you are human and you are real! remember that~   love you!

Confidence looks good on me…… well…. (even if I dont feel like it does)

you ever feel like you just don't have the structure to push yourself into confidence? I am here to share that it's something thats like a muscle…. you have to work at it and train it to be better… it wont just happen.     you need to find your space that you create to make yourself confident.  I share what mine is and some things I go through to find that space to find confidence!   you are loved and remember this is real and raw and my experience… no professional here just the professional messy badass I am!  ( see hahaha…. confidence!)

Restart… Reset…. REFOCUS!!!
