It's Hard To Wait

Patience is a virtue that most of us admire, but few of us enjoy practicing. In a world built on speed and instant gratification, having to wait feels counterintuitive and often frustrating. Whether we are waiting for a medical diagnosis, a career opportunity, a spouse, or an answer to a deeply personal prayer, the time spent in the "waiting room" of life can feel like wasted time. The delay can breed anxiety, doubt, and a desperate desire to take matters into our own hands to force a solution.

Saying Goodbye Is Hard

Goodbyes are one of life’s most difficult realities. Whether it is bidding farewell to a loved one moving far away, leaving a job and cherished colleagues, or facing the finality of death, saying goodbye carries a weight of sadness. It represents the end of a chapter and the beginning of an unknown future without a familiar presence. The ache of separation is real because our hearts were designed for connection. Remember The Good Old Days

It is good and right to cherish these memories; they are milestones of God's faithfulness and evidence of the blessings He has poured into our lives. Looking back with gratitude allows us to see the beautiful tapestry God has woven through our history.

It's Up To You To Be Happy Today

We often fall into the trap of believing that happiness is a result of our circumstances. We tell ourselves that we will be happy when the weekend arrives, when the bank account looks better, or when a certain problem is finally resolved. However, waiting for perfect conditions to feel joy is a recipe for perpetual disappointment. True happiness, the kind that scripture speaks of, is not a reaction to what happens to us; it is a decision we make in response to who God is. Psalm 118:24 reminds us that today—this very specific day, with all its imperfections and challenges—is a creation of the Lord. Because He made it, there is reason to rejoice.

Life Is Hard
