In this episode, Najiba and Rehenuma discuss the inner critic and how to work with it to foster self-compassion and a greater sense of ease within ourselves. We discuss the three stages of the nafs described in the Quran, and then take a deep dive into contemporary approaches to working with the inner critic, which serves as the mouthpiece of our ego.
