My Boyfriend is an NPC

After an accidental hiatus, the girls are back! After our experience at MeggaXP, we wanted to do some debriefing about our experience as noob vendors. We don't even really have any additional topics here, other than that art is hard and so are conventions but we have a blast with them anyway.

This short and sweet (but always nerdy) episode is filled with all the books and games! We review a couple of Jess's new book discoveries, and discuss the new games that Lys has been playing lately.  Additional topics: Jess reads 12 books a week, Lys runs around on an art deco space station, both venture into the strange new world of D&D.  P.S. Sorry apparently we can't technology this week so this episode is an audio nightmare. Yikes, our bad!

This week is all over the place, but we cover a lot of fun stuff, including but not limited to: SDCC trailer reactions (Thor, Star Trek, Stranger Things, and Justice League oh my!), comic movie costumes, Disney Infinity, Alice in Wonderland, and art projects. Additional topics: DC makes jokes? Loki love, Embrace the headwear Marvel, Jess doesn't know what Amiibos are.

Join us this week as we once again journey to the Danger Room and revel in the glorious fantasy book A Court of Mist and Fury, dialogue over fandom culture (the good, bad, and ugly), and finally, pit the Spider-Men against each other in the Thunderdome.  Additional topics: Our love of dark classic fairytales, why does fandom have to be so toxic sometimes, and does Spider-Man keep getting younger?

Thanks for sticking with us last episode. We are so grateful, in fact, that we returned to you for another nerd fest! This week we cover the land of disappointment known as E3, discuss A Court of Thorns and Roses in The Danger Room, and squee over our idol Wonder Woman. Additional topics: BA lady treasure hunters, Lys is bad at predictions, Steves need to stay away from airplanes.
