Poppi and Mitch have been transported to 1879 Las Vegas, New Mexico, by D.E.B., a self-navigating organic transporter. Their mission: track down notorious outlaw Hoodoo Brown, leader of the Dodge City Gang, and recover a precious stone stolen from Mitch's ancestor. Meanwhile, back at Sparrow Crest Academy, Kettrick attempts to enlist Regina to help her uncover the truth about what Addie Perez is really up to.   And a strange encounter with a legendary fish at the school’s pond could be a game changer. Stone Seekers Part One: Team Poppi's Losers

There is never a dull moment at Sparrow Crest Academy!  In the past few months they’ve been dealing with aggressive plastic army men, monster sized hamsters, and even a mummy! Recently, school board member Addie Perez has proposed some renovations to the school’s historic astronomy tower.   But Poppi Chase, a Sparrow Crest Junior and founder of the TPL (Tower Preservation League) is convinced that Ms. Perez isn’t quite what she seems – and she’s right.  Before she knows it Poppi, her best friend Kettrick and the academy’s newest student, Mitch are caught up in an adventure that's bigger than anything they could have imagined!
