Nearly 90% of Washington D.C's gas stations are out of fuel

Nearly 90 percent of Washington DC's gas stations have run out of fuel and the national average price has climbed to $3.04 a gallon even as Colonial Pipeline resumed operations after paying a $5 million ransom to Russian DarkSide hackers. The US capital almost ran out of gasoline on Friday despite the country's largest fuel pipeline ramping up deliveries in the wake of the cyberattack that shut down the system for six days.
