As always the interview was conducted in nature as we walked through the stunning Dibbinsdale Woods on the Wirral in Merseyside. As with the my own inner work and the Pool of Life, Jens also has shares his own inner work as we explore spiritual practices like the Diamond Approach, the importance of trust, grief, kindness, and gratitude.
