Have you considered what it is like to be patient, waiting for God to do what He wants to fix the problem? Today we consider why the Lord's solutions are often better than ours and therefore why being patient matters.

Our Tendency to Make Scripture More Reasonable

It might be doing what we think we have to do to be successful at business, make a good profit, have an intimate relationship, or have a family. The fault is giving our religious responsibility over to an authority who will tell us what we need to do so then the rest of the week we can think about other things than following Jesus.
