Leadership roles are reserved for men, as demonstrated in both OT NT patterns and teaching. All believing women and men are charged with a wide range of good works outlined in scripture and suited to Gods design for gender strengths. This structure is prescribed for the household of God. While these gender role differences are anecdotally observed in secular contexts, scriptural gender roles are not enforced there. Scripture opposes any view that undermines the dignity of either men or women.
