From a bluegrass weekend to toy trains, the month of July is shaping up to be a busy and entertaining month at the Rockingham County Fairgrounds. Goats, dairy cows and International Harvester tractors will be at the fairgrounds. Fair General Manager Rebecca Holloway talks about the schedule of events and also brings an update on the upcoming fair in August.
