Clerk DiFranco graduated from Purdue University, BA, magna cum laude, Phi Beta Kappa and Penn State University, Dickinson School of Law, JD, Trial Moot Court Board. He is a former municipal court judge and a mediator of complex civil disputes. He is licensed to practice law before the Supreme Court of the United States, as well as all state courts in Ohio.

On this episode of No Further Questions, our guest is Magistrate Jeff Black. Magistrate Black began serving as a Magistrate with the Domestic Relations Court on February 14, 2023. He was in private practice for over 25 years, most recently with the firm of Murray & Black. Most of his practice has been in the area of family law. Magistrate Black was a Magistrate in the Willoughby Municipal Court and has served as an assistant Lake County Public Defender. He was a Willoughby City Councilman for 15 years. Magistrate Black earned a Bachelor of Science degree from The Ohio State University, and a Juris Doctorate from Cleveland-Marshall College of Law.
