Olga shares her perspective on living life fully, without shame, apology, or the need to fit into one box. Her message is simple but powerful: this is our life to live. We get to evolve, choose differently, change direction, speak our truth, and own every part of our story.

episode Hailey Goodman-The Summer She Said Yes artwork

Hailey Goodman-The Summer She Said Yes

In this episode, I sit down with Hailey Goodman a friend, One Vibe Tribe member, and the creator of The Summer I Said Yes Podcast. Hailey shares her deeply personal path of spirituality, community, and her road to sobriety. Her journey is one of courage, honesty, healing, and finding her way back to herself. This episode did not record smoothly. Life interrupted us several times as life does. But instead of stopping, we continued, adjusted, laughed, and moved forward. And in many ways, that became part of the message. Healing is rarely polished. Growth is not always neat. Life interrupts, plans shift, and we keep choosing to begin again. Through her own transformation, Hailey has become passionate about helping others reconnect with who they truly are beyond the noise, the fear, and the stories that keep us stuck. Her story is a reminder that sometimes the most powerful shift begins with one brave yes: yes to truth, yes to support, yes to community, and yes to coming home to yourself. Tune in for a heartfelt conversation about sobriety, spirituality, friendship, community, healing, and the beautiful journey of moving forward even when life interrupts.

My story...

This episode is a little different. It’s just me, sharing my story. I had so much to say, and yet once I began speaking, so much of it left me. Funny how that happens. It’s always been easier for me to speak in conversation, when there’s someone across from me and things get pulled out naturally. Doing it alone is a different kind of vulnerability. But once I really began doing the work, once I started hearing my own voice more clearly, one message kept showing up everywhere: surrender and trust. That voices is still there just not as loud and frequent. Soul work in progress. My path was filled with healers, shamans, classes, podcasts, books, teachers, and incredible people who helped guide me back to myself. And what I learned is that the path becomes easier, richer, and more meaningful when you feel held, supported, and safe enough to keep moving forward. I also learned that I am responsible for my own happiness. That vulnerability is not weakness, it’s strength. And that life is not happening against me, it’s happening for me. Lessons to learn and move me forward. I had to move through imposter syndrome, fear of failure, self-doubt, and so much more. It wasn’t easy. But it shaped me. And I’m grateful for all of it. This episode is me sharing me. Not polished. Not perfect. Just real.
