What happens when you’re doing “all the right things”—and yet life just won’t give you a break? In this vulnerable coaching session, Christine supports Lauren, who finds herself stuck in a difficult season marked by frustration, stagnation, and unmet desires. From canceled dates to cockroach infestations and business disappointments, Lauren feels blocked on multiple fronts—despite years of doing the inner work. What unfolds is a compassionate deep dive into the exhaustion of “efforting” without reward, the hidden cost of spiritual performance, and the powerful shift that comes when we release the idea that life must be “fair” to be good. Together, Christine and Lauren explore how to trade spiritual perfectionism and judgment for something much softer: acceptance, self-advocacy, and grounded trust in the unseen support that’s already working on our behalf. Consider/Ask Yourself: * Do you feel like you’ve done the work, but life still feels hard or stagnant? * Are you stuck in a loop of striving, yet not seeing results? * Does part of you still believe life is supposed to reward effort like a transaction? * Are you ready to shift from pushing to receiving—from performance to presence? Key Insights and A-HAs: * Sometimes, when life “isn’t working,” we’re actually in a season of integration, not failure. * “Life isn’t fair” is often a core wound—and learning to advocate for ourselves is the healing path. * Taking empowered action is only part of the equation; our energy and beliefs must match. * Self-advocacy is different from self-protection or hyper-independence—it’s rooted in worth. * Relief, not elation, is the most powerful emotional setpoint to restore inner alignment. How to Deepen the Work: * Ask: “Where in my life can I lovingly advocate for myself?” * Practice shifting from judgment to relief. Try the affirmation: “This is what is—and I am safe.” * Notice when you assign meaning to disappointment. Can you stay curious instead of collapsing? * Look for the difference between resignation and true acceptance. One drains, the other restores. * Journal on this question: “What am I learning to receive in this season of life?” Upcoming Event: Christine’s Women’s Retreat – October 17–19, 2025 If you feel stuck, depleted, or unsure where to go next, Christine invites you to her signature Women’s Retreat. In this deeply tender session, Christine works with Holly, who’s navigating the exhausting grip of fear and the inner conflict that arises when she tries to override it. Holly describes the frustration of knowing she’s done the inner work—yet still feeling paralyzed by fear when it comes to speaking up, setting boundaries, or simply sending a message to a friend. What emerges is a powerful reframe: fear is not the enemy. It’s a messenger from past pain, particularly childhood wounds of abandonment and emotional neglect. Christine guides Holly through a shift from judgment to compassion, from pushing through fear to gently parenting the scared parts of herself with curiosity and care. This conversation is for anyone who feels “stuck” in their fear despite years of personal growth—and who needs a reminder that softness, not force, is the path forward. Consider/Ask Yourself: * Are you judging yourself for still feeling fear, even after doing years of self-development work? * Do small tasks, like expressing a need or setting a boundary, send you into overanalysis or self-doubt? * Were you raised in an environment that didn’t feel safe or affirming—and are you carrying those patterns into adulthood? * What might shift if you treated your fear with compassion instead of frustration? Key Insights and A-HAs: * Fear often stems from childhood wounds, not present-day reality. * Self-judgment reinforces abandonment. Compassion heals it. * We don’t have to “push through” fear to transform—it’s more powerful to honor it, tend to it, and respond with care. * Hyper-independence can be a trauma response—not a personality trait. * Healing happens through curiosity, compassion, and courage—not pressure and shame. How to Deepen the Work: * Practice speaking to yourself the way a nurturing parent would: “It’s okay to be scared. I’m here.” * Try the three-step emotional approach Christine recommends: Compassion → Curiosity → Courage. * Journal about where fear still holds you back—and what your younger self might need in those moments. * Explore whether you're bypassing your feelings by “pushing through,” and ask what might happen if you softened instead. * Identify safe relationships where you can start practicing self-expression and vulnerability in small ways. In a world that glorifies giving and doing, receiving can feel foreign—or even uncomfortable. But true feminine power lies in your ability to allow love, support, abundance, and guidance in. In this episode, I explore why receiving is your divine birthright!! And how you may be blocking it and can begin to open more fully to what you truly desire.

In this heartfelt, full-circle session, Christine reconnects with Anneke—the very first person she coached on the podcast ten years ago. What unfolds is a deeply moving reflection on growth that isn't measured by external milestones, but by the quiet, powerful shifts that happen on a soul level. Anneke opens up about her journey through addiction recovery, burnout, grief, unexpected caregiving, and stepping into true self-love. Over the last decade, she’s released people-pleasing, healed from codependency, and discovered what it means to care for herself without performance or guilt. This episode challenges the cultural obsession with checking boxes and invites you to redefine what a “successful” decade really looks like. If you’ve ever questioned your progress or minimized your own transformation, this conversation is a must-listen. Consider/Ask Yourself: * Are you focused on external achievements while overlooking your inner growth? * Do you struggle to give yourself credit for how far you’ve come? * Have you been moving through a quiet season of healing or rebuilding that’s hard to explain to others? * What would it feel like to reclaim your creativity and joy without needing it to be productive? Key Insights and A-HAs: * True transformation often happens in the unseen work of self-trust, boundaries, and healing. * Asking “What about me?” is not selfish—it’s sacred. * Rest, creativity, and reflection are just as valid as action and ambition. * We are not here to perform our lives—we are here to live them authentically. * It’s okay to have mixed feelings about the roles we step into, including caregiving or parenthood. How to Deepen the Work: * Take a moment to reflect on the last ten years of your own life. What have you healed, endured, or learned? * Release comparison. Shift your focus from goal-line success to soul-line growth. * Create space for a joyful, unstructured creative practice—just for you. * Allow yourself to ask: Who am I now? And what do I want moving forward? Upcoming Event: July 1st Group Coaching Call on ReceivingChristine is hosting a powerful live coaching session on the art of receptivity. In this episode we explore the often uncomfortable—but deeply necessary—“in-between” phase of personal growth. This is the space after an identity, role, or version of ourselves has ended, but before the new one has fully formed. In a culture that values clarity and forward momentum, this period of not knowing can feel disorienting. But it’s actually a sacred part of the death-rebirth cycle—a time to pause, shed old layers, and allow what’s next to emerge organically. If you’re in transition and craving answers, this episode will help you surrender to the wisdom of the unknown and trust the unfolding process.
