A good way to relieve stress is to get into a conversation with a stranger. That's why we're here. Talking to a stranger about their life is one of the best ways to balance your mind and start a conversation with people. When you're feeling down, a random conversation with a stranger can lift your spirits.  A moment of quiet with a stranger can be an example of the power of connection and community. We are so lucky to have the ability to reach out to strangers and connect. When we can open ourselves up to others and find that we have something in common, it is a powerful experience. Life is short. Do whatever you want. Talk to strangers. Because you can trust them and feel free to say anything. You never know who you're going to meet until you start talking. #politelybroke Just like a good book, we take time out of our day to leave a piece of ourselves with the people we talk to.
