I have become so inspired by the stories and the worlds created in this animation and I decided I wanted to share that with the class. So much of what I've taken from anime I can translate into my everyday life and I believe any character can spark inspiration so tune in.

Being an athlete for as long as I have has given me perspective on the world as I view it today. There is so much to learn from sport that can be translated into real life, and today I really wanted to unpack my experience as an athlete and what it has given me as I've entered the adult world. In the words of Kara Lawson, I've been able to handle hard better because my experience as an athlete pushed me into the person I have become today.
