God and Astronomy: A Conversation with Professor David Block

Religion and science have been fighting over the sovereignty of interpretation for centuries. For example, when it comes to the question of how our earth actually came into being. Both sides appear to be irreconcilable. But appearances are deceiving. South African astronomer Professor David Block, for example, proves that religion and science can work together. He will be visiting Windhoek for some lectures next week. We spoke to him in advance.
