Brigadier General Charlie Duke was the Lunar Module Pilot on the Apollo 16 mission which landed on the moon on April 21, 1972 where he and his colleague John Young spent a total of 71 hours on the moon, of which 20 hours and 14 minutes was spent outside the lunar module. At age 90, Charlie is only one of four living men of the 12 men who walked on the moon, the others being Buzz Aldrin, David Scott, and Harrison Schmidt. Charlie became a committed follower of Jesus Christ in 1978 and has spent the better part of the last 50 years traveling the world proclaiming the gospel of salvation through Christ alone.
