Intro to the podcast

Hi, This podcast is started mainly to promote health conversations and help de stigmatise issues like hoarding disorder and everyday nuances of mental health. The main aim of this podcast is to provide a friendly and supportive platform for those who may be experiencing any form of mental health issue/s.  I want to encourage people to share their stories, ask questions and get support from others who are also experiencing similar challenges.
