Why Boundaries?

We've all heard the saying, “If You Do What You've Always Done, You'll Get What You've Always Gotten.” Tony Robbins. It's past time to do differently. Let our focus be on healing and practice maintaining good mental health. We can no longer put our mental health off as if it’s not the essence of our characteristics. We have absolute control concerning our thresholds and restrictions when we have boundaries and limitations set in place.

Moments, Rewards & Gifts

Good mental health is as important as our next breath. How are we deciding to use our 84,700 moments every day? We all experience challenges, triumphs, obstacles, and celebrations. But to show up fully to who we are, we need to be present by choosing to acknowledge past or current traumas, seek therapy and put ourselves first.

Since the beginning of the year, God has had me on a divine and spiritual assignment. I learned to get out of my way and allow God to do His work in and through me. There will be times when God has to shift us to take us out of stagnation and comfortability to get us to the place of elevation for His purpose.
