RUN RiOT podcast - talking all things running, mental wellbeing, and physical benefits
Tegan Pryce, Women’s ADHD Performance & Identity Coach, talks about her journey from decline of mental wellbeing at university, to using running as medicine for the mind, to diagnosis of ADHD, and to combining her lived experience with her professional life to become a coach. Tegan first came to our attention when she ran 5 marathons in 5 days to help raise funds for Georgia's Voice, a charity that does great work in preventing suicide in young women aged between 18 and 25.
