Holy sh*t - A guy ran 1000 miles on a track.  a. That's right - 4000 laps on a track. b. He ran from 5AM to 8PM daily.  c. It took 18 days, 13 hours and 11 minutes.  d. This is 3 on the list of 1000 mile people. Kouros set the record in 1988 with 1000 miles in 10 days, 10 hours and 30 minutes. In 2024 Brockman completed 1000 miles in 12 days, 13 hours and 16 minutes.
