Scholarly Sisterhood
Dr Nadia DeGama is a senior lecturer and the Programme Leader for Undergraduate Business Management Programmes at AFG College with the University of Aberdeen in Qatar. In this episode, we discuss her journey to academia, the challenges she’s overcome as a woman in academia, and the value in having strong female allies and role models throughout her career. Dr DeGama aims to provide that same support for her students and colleagues in order to foster a collaborative and inclusive academic community.
