Serial Spoon

On September 29, 1978, fifteen year old Mary Vincent decides she’s going to go to Los Angeles. She’s got her thumb out, trying to hitch a ride, when a blue van pulls up beside her and a man looks out at her telling her he can take her to highway 5, but when they get to highway 5 and the man keep driving, Mary quickly starts to realize this isn’t some innocent looking old man.

On Friday May 24, 1996, Kristin Smart calls her parents house to give them some good news, but when they don’t answer, she leaves them a message that said “good news, good news, I’ll call you Sunday. Sunday rolled around and Kristin still had not called back, but because it was Memorial Day weekend, her mother didn’t think it was odd and decided to wait for a call on Monday, but when Monday came around and the family still get a call from Kristin, they become worried, then panicked when Kristin’s University’s campus police call them asking if Kristin is with them. Was Kristin taking a long weekend with some friends, maybe a new boyfriend, or did something happen making it impossible for her to call her parents?

Alissa Turney was at school on her last day of Junior year on May 17, 2001 when her dad Michael Turney comes to the school around 10:30-11a.m. to come pick her up. Michael says they go to a restaurant to get food, then go back to their house, but soon got into an argument, leaving Alissa to storm off into her room and Michael leaving the house to go pick up his younger daughter, but by the time he comes back home, Alissa is gone. Did Alissa Turney run away, or did something happen to her?
