Break ups suck! After going through a break up earlier this year I've learned so much about life, people and relationships. What it takes to be in a relationship and what it takes to overcome a broken one. I tell you guys my experience with my first breakup, my last and everyone in-between!

Where do I begin? Well during this super short & sweet trailer I tell you guys who I am, what started this podcast and why I called it "Shit Talker". Giving you an idea as to what the theme and concept is for future episodes. I briefly dive into my true definition of "shit talking" and allowing others to feel safe to express how they feel or get something off of their chest.
