Navia - Kinjal Chatterjee

Kinjal Chatterjee is the co-founder of Navia, an AI-powered productivity platform designed to support neurodivergent college students. He led the company from concept to a live pilot at Arizona State University’s GATE program, building both the product and the underlying technical architecture from the ground up. Kinjal architected Navia’s full stack using Next.js, React, TypeScript, Node.js, PostgreSQL, and Redis on AWS. He also developed a multi-agent AI orchestration system leveraging OpenAI LLMs, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), Pinecone, and OAuth 2.0 integrations to deliver context-aware academic support. As a technical leader, he managed a team of five through Agile sprints, overseeing infrastructure decisions, code reviews, and cross-functional alignment—from early user research through production deployment.
