She is currently a behavior specialist, serving children with cognitive and behavioral needs and their families. Graduating with her PhD from Dallas Baptist University in 2021, Kelley’s research included work in teacher leadership and certification in cultural intelligence. Serving her local church as the Children’s Ministry director since 2013, Kelley consults and provides training to ministries, families, and school administrators on educational best practices, verbal de-escalation techniques, processes and procedures, and organizing teams for success.
