Welcome to Small Town Big Dreams

Hi and welcome to Small Town Big Dreams. I’m Dean Miuccio. The title of the podcast comes from the fact that I grew up in a small town, Kingston, New York, Catskill Mountain Region, and I had big dreams as a young kid. However, I knew the odds of reaching the dreams I had at my young age looked impossible. My big dreams. Well, I had three: being a police officer, I wanted to be a DJ on the radio, and the last one comes from sitting in front of the tv as a small boy chowing down on a bowl of ceral watching game shows. I wanted to be like Johnny Olson, a TV game show announcer. And you know what? Shocking to me even today, I accomplished all of those dreams. It wasn’t easy, and we will talk about that on the podcast in the future. I’ll have guests on Small Town Big Dreams where hopefully we can give some guidance and advice on making decisions on the road of life and career and relationships.
