Beschreibung

Dear listeners, We often talk about the ways in which a poor upbringing can spell catastrophe for a young person but rarely do we talk about the person who succeeded inspite of the poor upbringing. Aly may look today like your ordinary Christian trad mom, but that is far from the world from which she descends. Aly was raised by a single mom in the United States, in an unsafe neighbourhood and went to a public school where her company included drug addicts and gang members. She joined the military when she was a young adult. How is she now wearing floral print sundresses and frolicking with babies, baking bread and writing about traditional values? This story begs an even more interesting question, how can someone who grew up with the exact opposite values and zero guidance somehow come to the right answers all on her own? I have often been perplexed by this myself. I hope you’ll listen to Aly’s interview to find out… In this episode, I am interviewing Aly Dee [https://substack.com/profile/87815863-aly-dee] Get full access to Classical Ideals at www.classicalideals.press/subscribe [https://www.classicalideals.press/subscribe?utm_medium=podcast&utm_campaign=CTA_4]
