EP 57: Your Voice Is the Portal: Tiffany Williams on Sound, Self-Trust, and Sacred Medicine

In this episode, Summer sits down with Tiffany Williams, founder of The Self Love Portal, a sound healer, vocal activation facilitator, reiki practitioner, and plant medicine guide who spent 13 years in the US Air Force and five more in federal government before she finally decided to trust herself enough to walk away. What unfolded after that decision is nothing short of remarkable. Tiffany shares the journey from being trained in logic, structure, and production, to learning how to feel what her body was saying.
