As a trail runner, ultra marathon competitor and qualified running coach, she is a force to be reckoned with. Carly talk's about the transformative power of running, the mental health benefits and the impact on her career, while opening up about the emotional journey of training for an ultra marathon while dealing with the loss of her step-sister Imogen. She discusses the power of running as a tool for processing emotions and finding strength, as well as her experience of starting 'Run the Shire' to create a safe and supportive space for women to run and connect.
