Sometimes You can’t give into how things are you have to give into how you want things to be. I came across this new idea of building yourself a new story and I think this to be such a powerful notion. Sometimes you cannot listen to your emotions or how you feel, you have to do what is best for you not what you feel like doing.

i think in times of self doubt and constant hardship, it can be hard to show up for yourself. It can be hard to pull yourself out of a whirlwind of self doubt when you are in it.

time management is really self management w/ my lil brother Mor
