Surf Report for Miami Florida
# SOUTH FLORIDA SURF ZONE FORECAST Good morning. Here's your South Florida beach forecast for Monday, June 15th and Tuesday. Starting up north in Palm Beach, we're looking at some textbook summer conditions with a bit of a twist. Expect waves around a foot or less, which is pretty typical for this time of year. The rip current risk stays low, but remember to stay alert near piers, jetties, and groins where those currents can get sneaky. The big story today is the thunderstorm potential, which is running high. We're talking showers and thunderstorms likely, so keep one eye on the sky. It'll be partly sunny otherwise with highs around 90 degrees, but that heat index could climb up to 105, so bring plenty of water. Light southwest winds at five to ten miles per hour. The UV index is cranked up to extreme, so sunscreen is absolutely non-negotiable. Water temps are hanging out in the lower eighties, nice and warm for a dip between storm cells. Tuesday looks a bit calmer with moderate thunderstorm potential and mostly sunny skies with just a chance of showers. Moving down to Broward and Fort Lauderdale, the surf forecast is nearly identical, one foot or less with low rip current risk. Today you're looking at mostly sunny conditions with a moderate chance of thunderstorms, highs in the low nineties with a heat index pushing 105. The water's a touch warmer here in the upper eighties. Tuesday trends more stable with low thunderstorm potential and mostly sunny skies. Just a slight chance of storms as that front continues to move through. In Miami-Dade, same setup as Broward. Low surf, low rip current risk, moderate thunderstorm potential today with mostly sunny skies and highs in the low nineties. The heat index again maxes out around 105. Water temps in the upper eighties. Tuesday improves with mostly sunny conditions and just a slight chance of thunderstorms. Heading down to Collier County and the Naples area, this is where things get really nice. Low thunderstorm potential, mostly sunny skies with just a slight chance of storms, highs in the upper eighties, and a more comfortable heat index of 103. This zone looks like your best bet if you're trying to avoid the afternoon pop-up storms. Tuesday is absolutely stellar down here with no thunderstorm potential at all, just mostly sunny weather and upper eighties temperatures. Overall, play it smart out there. The water's warm, the sun is intense, and those afternoon storms can roll in quick, especially up north. Keep an eye on rapidly changing conditions, stay hydrated, and enjoy what South Florida's got to offer this week. For more http://www.quietplease.ai Get the best deals https://amzn.to/3ODvOta
