Description

Meet Varya. In this episode, Varya talks about her decision to remain in Kyiv following February 24th, how she and her coworkers, in the first months of the full-scale invasion, made a bomb shelter (and a massive, volunteer kitchen!) out of their previous place of work (a cafe in Kyiv called Lypa), and how she has helped to rebuild more than 150 homes in de-occupied territories with her friends. To follow Varya and her incredible work as a volunteer in Kyiv and the surrounding area, find her on Instagram: @varyalushchyk.
