Spain book Portugal tie as Cristiano Ronaldo scores oldest World Cup goal

Spain beat Austria 3-0 to make it to the Round of 16 at the World Cup, where they'll meet Portugal. Cristiano Ronaldo scored a penalty to become the World Cup's oldest goalscorer as they beat Croatia 2-1 thanks to a stoppage time winner. Croatia had a late equaliser ruled out for offside after VAR used a snick-o-meter to adjudge that one of their players flicked the ball on to the offside player. Switzerland scored early in each half to beat Algeria 2-0 and set up a Round of 16 tie against the winner of Colombia vs Ghana.
