Alex Crocker was born and raised in Trout River, Newfoundland and Labrador. He's still there today, living the traditional way - raising livestock, harvesting fish, and cutting wood.   Listen in to hear about mowing hay with a sickle, building boats, and what haircut everyone got before heading down the coast for a few months in the summer.   Hosted by Olivia Ball. Hayward Osmond grew up in Silver Point, Newfoundland and Labrador. His family have a long history in the region, with his oldest uncle having been born here in the 1870's.
