Probably the most important piece of this whole thing is to make sure you have a Customer Service Process in place. It doesn't have to be fancy or expensive. You don't even have to start with a budget for Customer Service. As one of my mentors told me, "Start small ... get fancy later." The point is to create a process that makes your clients and customers feel heard, understood and appreciated every time they engage with you, your team and your reputation out in the world.
