Sometimes we meet people that show us BELOW the bare minimum treatment so we're then programmed to believe that the BARE MINIMUM is something to "celebrate" That's something we are changing TODAY. Bare minimum is human decency and we are creating our own bare minimum and our OWN standards to how we deserve to be treated. And we except NOTHING less than that EVER. In this episode we're also talking about the key to withholding intimacy. Nobody deserves access to you if it's not genuine and earned. And to show up for yourself in the way that you want your future partner to show up for you. This way you will never accept bad behaviour from anybody else because you already provide everything for yourself. Expose yourself to new people, new situations and new greater opportunities will flow to you   Im also touching on why I don’t believe in the quote “Everything happens for a reason” but I like to create my own reason for my OWN GOOD. To get my power back and make every situation work in my favour.  Motivation will come to you when you get exposed to new and healthy environments. Leave your past behind and focus on the new and the version of yourself you’re supposed to be.
