A testosterone filled Father’s Day special! First half of the show I interview rugby player Sean Baron. Sean talks about his late father,Steve Baron,  and how he implemented youth programs in Burnaby, played for the Twilighters Rugby Club for many years, and was an ambassador to rugby programs across Japan. Second half of the show, you’ll hear from Donald Napoleon Valle. He’s taking his team,,Langley’s Finest, to the FIBA 3  on 3 tournament in Syros, Greece, from June 26-29th. He talks about his love of basketball and the mental health benefits he gets from the game. To cap off the show I have a great rock & roll band from Phoenix, Arizona called OPNCSKT.
