The 4Cs Podcast
Does it feel like life is moving faster than it used to? One minute it’s Monday. The next it’s Friday. School terms disappear, summers vanish, and before you know it another year has passed. In this episode, I explore why so many of us feel like we’re constantly rushing through life and why I don’t think the problem is time itself. I share my thoughts on how modern life has changed the way we live inside our time. From phones and notifications to endless to-do lists and the pressure to always be productive, I talk about how our attention is being pulled in every direction and what that means for our health, happiness, relationships and ability to be present. I also share my own experience of living from holiday to holiday, term to term and always looking towards the next thing, only to realise how much of life was passing by while I was busy trying to get through it. In this episode, I discuss: • Why I think attention has become one of our biggest challenges • The hidden cost of constantly living on autopilot • Why being busy and being present are not the same thing • How modern life can leave us feeling disconnected from ourselves • Practical ways we can slow down without changing our entire lives This isn’t an episode about productivity. It’s a conversation about life, presence and the moments we often rush through without even realising it. Because maybe the goal isn’t to find more time. Maybe it’s to be more present inside the time we already have. GROUP AND 1:1 Coaching open NOW!
