He has been the Principal Corporate Officer over multiple Federal technical support service contracts (ranging up to 193 employees and $45M in contract value) in support of DOE, NASA and EPA. Dr. Glover received his Ph.D. in Accounting from Texas A&M, his Masters of Business Administration from Clark Atlanta University, and his BA in Broadcast Journalism from the University of Southern California. In addition to being a Certified Public Accountant, he is a Certified Internal Auditor and a Certified Management Accountant.
